Sport Clips Haircuts of Oro Valley-Oracle Crossing in Tucson, AZ

While all of the stylists at Sport Clips are very talented and committed to providing a high-quality customer experience, Jennifer (who has cut my hair twice) has really raised the bar. She cuts my hair the way that I want it cut and she does it with precision and efficiency. Furthermore, she is never short on "real" talk. I thoroughly enjoy my interactions with her!

I know its a chain and you get what you get... but let me tell you a secret... this is the BEST place for affordable, consistent kids haircuts. I have been taking my two boys here for 5 years and have only been disappointed by a haircut one time. To make that stat even better: the stylist noticed my face dropping and immediately offered to make it right by giving us a discount AND making a note in my son's file. Honestly I love this place and while my sons are young (10 & under) and not yet fussy this is THE place for us!

Don't go to Marcela unless you want to have to shave your head afterwards.

I've been a regular customer of Sports Clips for years, always happy with the results. However, I've been to this location twice. The first time was when I was in the area. The Stylist listen to what I wanted, and provided an excellent cut. I don't recall her name, but I decided to come back 2 months later for another hair cut. A different Stylist was assigned to me. She did listen and gave me the hair cut I asked for. I made it clear that I wanted to grow my hair out. When she was done, I asked for a bit shorter in the back (thin out the bulk). Perhaps that upsetted her, because she started to cut a lot of my hair off. The chair was turned around and I could not see anything. When she was done, she styled my hair (so I could not see what was done). When I got home, she chopped way more than I wanted. 3-4 months of hair growth, gone.. I asked for a bit shorter, and it was like "you want short, I'll give you short" kind of result. I'm still a Sports Clips customer, but just not this store.

Always long lines and understaffed. This is clearly a popular location. I wish management might want to consider having more than two or three stylist at a time. Very disappointing.
