Took my son in to get a haircut. We only waited about 5 mins, and check-in was easy! Fyi, they dont do appts, its walk ins only. The barber was super friendly and asked lots of questions to ensure my son got his ideal haircut. He got the basic men's haircut along with the steam towel and scalp shampoo/massage. I love the sporty vibe of sports clips. Ask for kristen!

I have been coming to SportClips for years and am incredibly upset at how I was treated today. I asked the stylists cutting my three kids' hair to wear a mask for the 10-15 minutes it takes for a haircut. I was respectful in making my request and was treated with hostility. My kids are too young to be vaccinated. Stylists Adreinne and Anyssia rudely refused, lied and said they don't have masks when there was clearly a box of masks at the register, and were extremely unprofessional. Madelynn kindly put a mask on and cut my kids' hair. What I asked was not an outrageous request in a raging global pandemic. I am appalled at how I was treated. It's a few minutes of mask wearing to protect children for Pete's sake!

This location lost our business today. There was only one employee. She did not greet us when we walked in. And when I stood at the front for several minutes to ask a question she was super rude and short. Needle EAA to say we left and will not be returning.

I came in with my step son to get a badly needed hair cut for us both. Wmwe were welcomed and had my son in a chair within 5 minutes. I explained what he wanted and went to sit down. Then within another 5 minutes I was in a chair. They have 3 different price points. One is $17 and that is for under 10 or over 65. Then there is the $20 which is just a basic cut. Then you have the MVP that is $26 and comes with champoo, massage and a cut. I just got the normal $20 this time. I was watching my sons hair cut next to me and it was looking so great, then would look at mine and it was exactly like I wanted. You can tell the know how to do men's cuts, not like the other chains where they focus only on women's type cuts. We both go fades and they turned out amazing. Wish I remembered the names of the stylist. All in all you might pay just a few bucks more, but the quality I got was well worth the price!!!

This place is horrible. They take forever to do your haircut and super super slow. They didn't take our temperature right away when I walked in. I checked in online and I've been waiting in the store for 45 minutes now. The check in screen says 5 minute wait. Again, it's been 45.
