I would recommend this salon to anyone!! Priya is the best I have been going to her for years and even travel to see her.
They " Kavita" doesn't honor her appointments nor does she let you know if she's behind nor apologizes for inconvenience. She was already behind when I got there then she decided to put her coworker in front of me raising her voice loudly to say , " she's only getting waxed" wouldn't care if she was getting a single strain of hair clipped! You STILL need to alert your customers! I booked an appointment for a reason , not to be treated as a walk-in!! Furthermore, if she and her other colleagues didn't spend so much time laughing, talking, and stopping to walk around they would be able to finish appointments in a timely fashion! The entire 20 mins I sat there waiting on my already past appointment time she was talking!! Less talk and more work!! This is the exact reason I stopped tipping her, she's rude as hell!
