Very rude employees. The owner was even abrupt with customers. There are so many spas around so I recommend you take your business somewhere where you don't get attitude from the staff. I accidentally dropped the polish (it did not break) and the girl was extremely rude. I got up and walked out.
I got a basic pedicureThey put cuticle oil on my legs for the massage instead of lotion and let my nail polish looking like this. Wouldn't recommend.
I treated myself to a spa day today and was recommended by a friend to this nail salon. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. They did an excellent job with both and I really enjoyed my experience. I will be coming back again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
So I'm getting a pedicure with gel polish. The lady keep bumping my nail on the drying machine and the pedicure really doesn't lol like anything to brag about. Second, I was going to upgrade to a full set for a photoshoot and the lady didn't know the price of a full set. She said that the man knows the price. As we discussed what I would like for the full set(mean while, my fingers are still soaking in water) the man walks in and I begin to ask what the price would be. As I was asking him, the lady started pushing back my cuticles (during the conversation) I really didn't pay it any mind because I just knew I was about to get my nails done. Any who, the man told me that I would be charged $20 for the manicure and $45 for the full set. I said excuse me, but I haven't received a manicure, my hands have been sitting in water. This man gonna say that she's cut my nails and filed them. I told him that she had not. He says well she pushed back your cuticles. Are you F ing kidding me. Needless to say, I declined the full set and allowed her to give me a manicure and went my way. The lady was nice, but that mans attitude was just reckless for me, I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.
Do not let that older guy in this shop do your nails. He did my sh*t and they didn't last a damn week. The pedicure was ok but that polish also chipped within a couple of days. I was out of $100, which was a waste of f**ing money. It seems like there is only one person in this shop that can do nails and he is always busy, that a damn shame. This shop was recommended by a friend but I damn sure won't return and will spread the word about the service.
