The day after cyber Monday they only have 2 registers opened in the whole store with a line wrapped around into multiple sections of the store. We sat in line for 30 minutes and it did not move but only one person and we ended up leaving. We were told all the employees called in this morning, they need to fix this situation and have someone take over their shift. Having check out, pick ups, and returns all in a line that was going to take multiple hours to get through is crazy.
This department store is so slow I order a pick up and got in line and the lady was calling all pick ups to come forward when I ask to check up on my pick up order they wanted me to get back in line for no reason for regular check out when they were calling or pick up people to come forward never spend my money at this location!!!
This review is for the Sephora inside JCP. Danielle was very friendly and helpful. They don't carry all of the items that a stand alone Sephora does however when your in a pinch and need something you can find the staples here.
Terrible went to pickup order and they didn't even received it in their system took me hour just to get pillows
Love this JCP. The employees are always nice and helpful. It's always clean and neat. If they don't have EXACTLY what you're looking for, they find you something very similar. They always have great sales and coupons. You also get the $10 rewards, $15 shoe perks, and $15 bra perks which can also be very helpful. Seriously, who doesn't love extra $$? I shop here almost 3 times a week. SERIOUSLY!
