Would give it a zero, but I cannot. The nails she did aren't hideous or bad, other than the fact that the were over priced. They charged me $55 for these nails that were shorter than my real nails that I could've just painted with white paint on my own. She fined my natural nail down, along with my skin. She was talking to her friend on the phone the entire, and when I had a conversation my mom asking about pricing, she was telling me to "come on". They tried charging $75 for medium nails and $250 for the nail design I wanted (which is EXTREMELY overpriced).

Most of them hardly speak English and do your nails the way they want to not the way you want . .After telling them over and over again after you see them heading in the wrong direction, they still ignore your request...then when you ask for someone to straighten up these man looking nail they get an attitude...here from Texas and found them online but if I ever come here again I will never see them again ... on top of that my fingers are burning from them filing my skin rather than these fat nails...a
The worst nail I've ever been to! went in for a gel manicure. The lady put my hands in plain cold water. Chopped up my cuticles then used a coarse file to shape my nails and left burrs every where. Cuticles still on my nails. No lotion or other elements of a real pedicure. She started to get power file out to do tops of nail and I said no. She gets polish out. I asked if she was finished with nails and she said yes. I told her that I didn't want gel polish on top of my cuticles and I just wanted to pay for what she did to this point which was nothing and she charges me $20!!!! Never again!!!
