I never thought I'd stray from the Supercuts of the world, but I'm glad I did. Got a great haircut here from Natalie, she really took her time and obviously cared about what she was doing. It turned out great considering the little direction I gave her on what I wanted. The space they have there is cool as well.
Definitely will be back, it's very reasonably priced for the time and effort she takes. They are closed Sun - Tues which is a little annoying, but Natalie was accommodating to my schedule and was able to fit me in early-ish on a Saturday which was greatly appreciated.
I was out on a Saturday and really wanted to get a haircut. I hadn't been to her before but she was in the area and the place looked nice. She was able to fit me in before an appointment she had coming up. That was so nice. The haircut turned out to be great. Just what I wanted. She did the whole thing with scissors. You can tell she's precise and she cares. The price for my regular cut (with a wash and rinse) was totally reasonable. I think I'm gonna go back!
I moved out here a few years ago from California. Ever since I received an awful haircut in third grade, I've been very picky and loyal to good hair stylists. Fortunately, I met Natalie. This place is great. Some people are a little sketched out by the Grove -- I don't see it. ARCO is walking distance from the Metro, close to the bars in the Grove, and there's always parking. Details aside, I always get the haircut I want. I've been there the last three times (I usually go once every 9 months) and will keep going throughout my tenure in St Louis. And yes, after 9 months, the haircut still looks great -- which is especially rare. Check it out and ask for Natalie.
