Salon owner is a rude New Yorker who hires childish 20 yr olds so she can control them. My stylist didn't at all give me the color I wanted. When I had a sit down talk with the owner she admitted that they could have colored my hair like I wanted but it would have took to long and they would have had to charge me the same. I'm out $300 and Noone bothered to fix my color or refund any money.
Super cool and welcoming environment! Catie really listened to what I was looking for and helped teach me how to take care of my hair, plus the cut itself is great. I look forward to going back!
