1. Stylist has cancelled my appointments because SHE was behind or has booked too many clients.
2. She sent text to cancel my appointment due to eight minute delay caused by traffic accident.
I was not given the same courtesy or understanding.
3. I was quoted one price and upon payment , I was shown a hair length chart to explain price increase. This should have taken place before serving services rendered. Another occasion price increase at the end because of more hair added tor sew in. Secret price increases, cancellations, overbooking are rationale for 1 star rating.
This salon is so unprofessional and out of line you will make an appointment with stylist / owner she never on time or there she plays games like you never made an appointment with her and if she not making $200 or better you won't be getting seen there
If I could give this place negative stars, I definitely would! My sister went to this "salon" recently and not only got horrible service but the work was horrible as well! The owner of this "salon" tried to LURE my sister into changing her review of the "establishment." The owner sent harassing text messages and ultimately refused to fix my sister's hair because she wouldn't fudge the review! This "place" is EXTREMELY unprofessional, ghetto, and does very poor quality work! Take my advice and DO NOT take a chance on this "salon" because you will only end up disappointed, out of the money you spent, and VERY ANGRY!!

"I hated it" is the best description I can give of my experience here. The owner is rude and extremely delirious. If you let her tell it the sky is purple and trees can talk. I truely wish there was an option for no stars!!! This is not the place you want to go to if you want your hair done properly. This place can guarantee you disrespectful behavior from the "owner" as well as piss poor work. This was my hair...1 week after it was done... and the owner refused to fix it.
Way too much hair was used on my head I was told to bring 2 packs but clearly the pack stated 1 pack needed !!!. I'm 28 stylez had me lookin old fashion from back in the days with all that hair !!!! when I took out the quick weave the net/cap was glued to my hair OMG
