I was impressed with Mitch from the start after offering flexibility on scheduling my son at the end of the day. I dealt with Toni.
The business is in The Grove area of Saint Louis. Free parking is off street or in their own lot in the back. The building is an old charmer that needs TLC.
The lobby was clean and attractive. They carry a small selection of products including Paul Mitchell. Toni took my son back for a haircut.
After approximately 30 minutes he emerged as a new man. The price of $35 affordable does not include tip.
Although not close to campus I hope my son will return.
Place isn't the same anymore after ownership changed twice in a row. Wonder why. Zero respect of people's time( seems like a common issue but they have removed all the previous reviews from others) Randomly change appointment time last mins. Haircut is very mediocre. High employee retention. Ask if I need to be shampooed all the time which is very annoy. I mean duh?? I would avoid this place.
Toni, the owner, has been cutting my hair for a little over a year now and my expectations were always exceeded. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to dial in a specific cut.
