Such a wonderful experience! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. This was my first facial and it lived up to all of my expectations. My facial technician was amazing too! I will definitely be coming back

My experience was unfortunately less than enjoyable. I booked last minute explaining that I was pregnant and they did find a spot for me- which I greatly appreciated. The young woman came and got me at exactly 4:15, took me back to the room and asked me a few questions. I noticed immediately that the table was completely flat and asked if she could raise it. She raised it an inch or two and I had to explain to her that I wouldn't be able to lay on the table. It was also very hot in the room, in addition to the heat on the table being on as well. She said she was going to go ask for some help with the table and the heat, another woman came in and helped her and also remarked on how hot it was. I'm unsure of the time we actually got started but it was at least 15 minutes and the facial was over by 4:56 (when I looked at my phone). The facial itself also lacked immensely, in addition to what was not 50 minutes. Unfortunate experience, would not recommend.
Love my extensions and color, but disappointed they no longer provide neck and shoulder massage. And the hand massage at shampoo bowl. Those were nice extras I looked forward to.
The ladies at Zspa are wonderful. They are always super nice and professional. Stephani is who I mainly see but have seen most of their aestheticians and they have all been wonderful.
