Starting to feel like I expect too much from these nail salons but what I wanted was basic and the nail tech couldn't even achieve that smh. My pedicure experience was perfect and I wish the guy that did my feet had done my nails too which might I add was my Birthday nails.. The tech who did my nails was only doing a fill in (Thank god) and one repair from a previous set. The one nail she did the repair on looked terrible. And she dug down in my skin to get the acrylic off ,"", which hurt smh. The acrylic was all on my cuticle and I had to tell her three times to go back and shape it some more and even it out, and it still didn't look right smh she rushed is how I felt. She put gems on four of my nails which were on the base by the cuticles and kept trying to convince me it would be too expensive to do the whole nails but I felt like she just didn't want to do it. The next day the rhinestone started popping off immediately and I've never had that experience with gel cured gems so it's something she did smh. I'd never go back for anything but a pedi from the guy.
I went there for the first time and was ignored the whole time I was there. I was the last person to sign in. One of the techs asked me what I was getting. I told him a Mani and Pedi. He took a very long break. I could feel they didn't want to do my nails. I walked out the door and the guy that asked me what I was getting, just watched me leave without acknowledging me.
My daughter had her nails done for her wedding a few days ahead of time somewhere else, because I was paying. She got the dip kind and the normal white French tips. One of the nails got a crack. My daughter went here to have it fixed because she had been there before. They looked at it and started the work shaving it off. After starting, they suddenly said they couldn't match the color. The STANDARD WHITE COLOR. She asked why they started if they couldn't fix it since it looked worse now than before and they got mean and told her to just go back where she got it done...which was impossible for reasons I won't bore you with. This was just awful to do to her.
The gentleman that seems to run the nail salon has done my nails twice now both times shredding my cuticles off with the Dremel tool. Then told me my paint job that was bad around the edges would look better after the second coat?????? The reason the paint was there was because I had hangnails on every finger from him cutting me and pulled skin up. Anyway judge for yourself. But don't give them your business they have no people or business skills. Not the cleanest either
A friend of mine got a pedicure 2 weeks ago and raved bout this place. Since it was right around the corner I went in for a manicure. They're not the best at designs (Louisville isn't the best for creativity) but it was so rushed and it looks like a diy
