I needed a quick and easy way to get my daughter her first trim. Great Clips is located right near our neighborhood. A big plus was that it was easy to schedule-- I just added myself to the online waitlist. Within 30 minutes I got a text message that they would be ready for me shortly. As a mom of a toddler I appreciate not having the hassle of waiting a long time to receive a service. We were able to be seen as soon as we showed up. I thought my toddler would complain because she doesn't like me messing with her hair but she was at ease with the staff and they gave her the perfect trim. Simple, easy and affordable.

I am not sure how they run this place. There was three stylus working, nobody cutting hair. They said it would be just a minute, twenty minutes later still waiting.

Would be nice if they said how long it .

Finally got it after 25 minutes.

No sure they like walk ins.
