I went to the shop about a week ago to get a fill in and polish change on my toes before vacation. In 4 days my gel polish came off and my other nails started chipping. Come home go back have her fix it two days later it rechipps again. The nail tech tried to tell me I done it. I was warned that they were no good most definitely know now.
Rude technicians that are technically lacking skill. Do yourself a favor and go Anywhere but here. Two people came in with repairs while I was there. They are not friendly and if you ask for something to be fixed they really have a hard time with that. They seem to take it personally and get aggressive. And murmur to eachother.
I asked for bubbles to be corrected in my nails and some uneven corners to be smoothed out and she was so upset, she loudly suggested I "just listen her" and stop "watching too much". She was mad at me for asking for my nails to be smooth.
I had a $100 gift card so I came here for a gel pedicure and sns dip manicure. I have $45 left and I do not want to return.
I will never suggest getting your nails done here
This isn't a matter of a customer just not liking her nails, this is an issue with there customer service and ability to do what the customer wants.

i asked multiple times for the lady to make my nails square and they were still round when she was finished and then when she painted my nails the polished was lumpy , bad shaping and i asked her to fix it she didn't want to fix and rude customer was told " if I didn't like it and if im mad don't come back" wasted money!!
Me & my mother came here to get our nails done. I had gotten a pedicure & the lady who did my toes was great & very gentle. However, the lady who took care of my mom was very unfriendly. My mom had to ask for sanitary utensils because the first set they gave was NOT cleaned. My mom then got a fill & asked for a French manicure with pink tips, however the lady painted the whole nail. Without even telling us the lady charged us $2 per nail to be filed, even though we didn't request it. I'm deeply upset that my mom paid so much money for a terrible fill. $94 was DEFINITELY not worth the visit. Please get your nails done somewhere else.
I'm surprised there are no reviews for this little shop. It's a nice very hygienic shop with really good prices and kind staff members. I got my first pedicure from them a few months ago and had to go back again! If you're in the area and want good service without paying a fortune I highly recommend this shop.
