Honeycomb Salon - Louisville in Louisville, KY

I have been coming to the honeycomb salon for several years now and can't recommend it enough. Everyone at the salon is so sweet, and my girl Wibby always does an amazing job and helps me to feel so confident every time I leave her chair!!! She is so sweet and fun to talk with, and definitely knows her stuff. When I don't know exactly what I want, I can absolutely trust her judgment to make the right call. The salon has a great overall atmosphere with upbeat fun music and you can tell all the stylists are besties and love working with each other. I always look forward to coming to the salon and know I will leave looking and feeling my best!

best hair salon in the city!!! the salon is decorated super cute, relaxing vibes and the stylists are incredible! They all do such an amazing job and always make it a fun experience. I see Shelby and she always knows exactly what I want and makes my hair look so fresh and pretty! I've been going here for years and highly recommend. 5 stars!!!

I made an appointment online, or so I thought.  It went through like every other time I made an appointment.  The day of my appointment, I realized I didn't get any reminder call like normal, so I called the salon before showing up.  Good thing I did, because apparently there was a hold on my account for a no show so my appointment didn't go through.  I knew about the no show, I had something urgent come up; I saw the charge for the no show fee come through my account as well.  Fast forward to now, no one let me know that I had a hold of that my appointment or that the appointment didn't go through, no one can explain why the charge doesn't show as going through on their end, and their response was just "well I can book you now if you want, but you still need to pay the no show fee".  No thanks, I'll just find somewhere else.

I would not recommend this salon. I do not plan to return. Unbelievable chunks cut out of my hair and left that way. One area is obviously jagged and uneven.

They have a 48 hour satisfaction policy. I do not believe that gives a client enough time to really tell if there is an issue. It's actually very inconvenient to have an issue with your hair.

Also, this is the third straight time I've had my hair cut at Honeycomb where the sides around my face are not cut the same.

If you go here make sure you request the opposite that you want . If you want lighter hair tell them dark .... After paying for highlights several times and my goal was lighter a toner was put on I left with DARK hair . I told her I hate my hair flipping up on the ends what do I get a cut where that's exactly what it DOES!!! So if you are brave enough to go here just say the opposite of what you want and maybe it will work out for you . Ridiculous to charge these prices and have hair you didn't ask for or like .
