Do not, under and circumstances go to this woman EVER. I'm making sure to tell the entire world about her. I have type 4 hair & I went to her for natural micro links & this is what she gave me. She refuses to refund me. She told me if i just put heat to my hair my hair would be fine, however I told her from the jump i don't wanna have to put heat to my hair to be able to wear it. She said "well then there's nothing more that I can do from here." I paid for natural curly links that she botched & instead of taking accountability she basically told me that because I don't wanna just wear it straight, it's on me. She literally had to have gotten her customer service skills from the same place she got her micro link installation skills. The garbage. Completely unprofessional. Completely unqualified. Completely awful. $450 for the worst service I've ever received. She's the stylist from hell. Beware. She's a fraud and just wants money she doesn't care about service. She's gonna book you at one time, & if you're lucky she will be on time. And she's going to be double, even triple booked , doing someone else's hair.. so you will be waiting. I'd give -100 stars if I could. Yelena is TRASH. Pick another career because you suck at this one.

Yelena Stylz is very good, she's professional and when you go in, you're in and out!

The salon is in a large suite complex which is safely operated. Booking was simple online and my stylist stayed in contact with me to answer several questions I had prior to my appointment and to update me on the status of my hair. I got curly/kinky microlinks which included shampoo & conditioner. Yelena uses salon grade products that promote hair growth and she used a STEAMER which is when I fell in love. My scalp is very sensitive (I'm super tender headed) but I never felt any pain because she is so gentle. I love how my microlinks install turned out and it looks so natural and blended well with my hair texture.

I have received 2 healthy hair presses by Yelena and enjoyed the results each time. She is extremely gentle and takes her time with your hair. Her salon environment is calm and clean and she maintains great social distance standards for clients. I will continue to support this stylist and look forward to trying additional styles in the future.

I have been going to Yelena for about a year and a half and she is wonderful with my hair! I travel almost an hour every few weeks just so she can do it. She is gentle with my natural hair and my twist styles are always on point. I would highly recommend her services!
