This shop doesn't know the difference between Boho & Bohemian. When I approached the owner on this situation she immediately got aggressive and tried to explain that Bohemian & Boho are the same thing. I explained to her that the Boho has more curls & she disagreed by being argumentative & put her hands in my face. I had to leave the shop before I went to prison (Not jail). Also, let me add my stylist was very pleasant & concerned. She also ask how can she resolve the problem but the hand in my face took me out.
I have done my hair here over 4 times. They offer great services, braids are always neat and the are very fast. I also love their new location in Columbia. It's a place to go to .
This place is a scam. They took my money & did an awful job on my hair. After 7 days, braids were falling out. I contacted the owner and tried to show her the terrible work her braider did but she wasn't interested. Save your hard earned money and time...
They are extremely sweet which is the top reason why I scored them even with a 3. However I got bohemian knotless and I have little to no curls on my hair.. I'm not sure if they were running out, but I've gotten this hairstyle before at other salons and asked for it the same way and it's not the same. I even requested a style, showing them a picture from their salon, and it was just different. The curls they put on my ends are WAY curlier than the picture and the curls throughout my braids is way less. I honestly feel like I just have knotless braids. My braids are very neat, but a little stiff. I don't know that I will go back just because I feel like I paid for bohemian and simply got knotless braids with the ends curled, and they're a little more expensive than other braiding salons. But the customer service and the neatness of braids were great.
