Awful. The nail tech jammed her finger nail into my toes and fingers. She took 2 1/2 hours to do a set and pedicure. The process was painful and took way too long. Not to mention they charged me $135. I will never recommend this place.

I got my nails done today. The nail tech had to do my nails three times as the polish would not set. When the ice light is only allowed to run 30 seconds it's not going to dry. So, tech decided to get another light after the second try and another bottle of polish. Same issue. Finally done. Did not get my other things i wanted to get done as i was put behind half an hour. Got a lower tip. Now, an hour later this is what i have to deal with. Polish lifting and peeling off. I have dinner plans and my nails are messed up. I rarely get to go out, but that's not stopping me. I will no longer frequent this place, as i've been going for a year. I take time out of the day and save my money to treat myself and i get crappy service.

Been going here for years and not once have I had an issue. It has always been clean so no idea why people are complaining. They have high volume business and don't have time for you to decide between three colors. Many customers come in there and literally complain the whole time but these are the same "karen"s who complain and want free everywhere they go. Everyone charges for callus and has for years in PG. If you don't like the color get it redone before you pay and leave. They have masks gloves and all safety procedures. So people you just can't please. As for acrylic it's so 2000s. Gel is being done everywhere so get over it. It lasts longer

Went into the shop a week ago, the night before a trip. Asked for a basic pedicure and acrylic full set. One technician did my pedicure and up charged me 5$ for callus removal ( mind you I only wanted my heels smooth I do not nor have I ever had a callous on my feet). She polished and finished my feet then sent me to another technician for my full set. Cindy did my nails and suggested gel. I declined. She up charged me 10$ (5 she said because I wanted coffin shape, 5 more because she said of length which I explained that I didn't want them too long because of my profession). She kept going on and on about gel. I continued to decline. She continued to finish my nails and then sends me to dry. I did examine my nails before leaving but they looked ok to me. It was dark when I left and I was running out of time to prepare for my trip so I didn't pay close attention. The next morning on the plane I saw how trash my nails and cuticles were and I was embarrassed. Not only were there bubbles in my paint but they were lumpy and some of the sides were either not painted fully or sloppily painted. Makes sense since while she was doing my nails she kept stopping to get on her phone. I felt totally rushed but after seeing my nails in the light I knew it was a rush job. I go back to the shop today and show them my nails and they refer me back to Cindy. She examines my nails and had the audacity to ask me why didn't I get gel? She tried to blame her poor work on the fact that I chose plain acrylic and not gel nails. She filed around the cuticles of my nails and repainted them. I already knew they were trash before I let them dry but had already decided that this is as good as it gets and I just won't return. Saddens me because they actually did my eyebrows well and it's convenient to my home. The photos are from today's work. Smh

This place truly deserves 0 stars, they don't have a smidget of customer service skills or nail skills in general. As a cosmetologist myself, I understand upselling is important but my tech was trying to force me to get gel polish and extra services. I don't like when people impose, you don't know peoples finances so don't force them to spend extra money! Anyways, when I picked a color I choose 3 different colors to sample and the nail tech had the audacity to try the colors on herself instead of me. The nail tech and I are not even close to the same skin tone so I don't know why she thought that made any sense. She also skimped me on my nail coats, I had to ask her to add another coat and even with that, she didn't even put it on all my toes. The entire time I had to walk her through the service which is ridiculous. When it came time for my nails to dry, she was so busy trying to get to her next client that she didn't even take my shoes to the drying station. Eventually she brought it over but at this point I was through with this shop. I had to come back the next day since I didn't like my nails anymore and I wanted to change the color, they tried to charge me $10 for the change which I refused to pay since it hadn't even been a full 24 hours since my service. I expressed my discontent and they continued to push the $10. Eventually the nail tech I worked with the previous day agreed to paint over my existing polish for no charge. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AF, the design I paid for the previous day was painted over and they said I would have to pay if I wanted the design again. This place is ghetto and I will never return. It takes me a lot to give $0 for tip but they are raggedy here.
