When I went in, the owner greeted my in a friendly manner. However, I suspected she had her own agenda for my hairstyle. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I told her I didn't want it too short. She cut it very short and BUTCHERED the bangs. I would NOT go back. Nor would I recommend this place!
A great place with full service. Hilda did my hair & waxing and She is awesome and Gilda is an excellent nail magician.. my nails were really jacked up and now they are beautiful. [ gel manicure]. I'm looking forward to my next visit. For waxing and Mani- pedi!!
The best hair coloring and highlighting place. I went in to this shop for the first time and was so pleased.I have been getting so many compliments.
By far the worst salon I've ever been to. Went in Friday and showed a picture of what I wanted. Hair is dyed blonde with dirty blonde roots and I stared that I wanted my hair colored back to my roots with blonde ombre. Walked out with a riot touch up that didn't match my hair color. Didn't ask for a haircut, however, she grabbed her scissors and automatically started trimming. Ended up paying $150 for a trim and root touch up. Called after I left and told her I was dissatisfied and was told to come back for a fix. Showed THE SAME EXACT PICTURE and described what i was looking for and she put red highlights in. My hair is now orange. She rushed through because another client had came in that she wanted to assist. I kindly told her I was dissatisfied and asked for my money back where she told me no and said I got what I asked for. She was the owner, Kim. I had gone to her before and she always does the bare minimum saying "it's a process, you'll have to come back." Unprofessional lacking the skillset to successfully run a salon. Save your time, your money and your hair and go somewhere else. The best thing that could happen is their doors being closed for good.
Hair cut & highlighting today at Kim Solip Day Spa today. She is extremely patient & professional. Not so busy salon, she has time to care and listen to you. You can tell her the way you like. The price is reasonable too. Will come back again. Happy Customer!
