I came here yesterday (2/26/2024) and I can say they haven't changed at all since I've looked at all the bad reviews. I got a guy nail tech and he was mad at me because I was trying to politely told him that I didn't like the French tip lines he drew. He kept asking me what thickness I wanted and when I told him, he didn't like what I had to say. Overall, 0 stars!!!! He got aggressive as he finished my nails when I asked him not to draw anything and do a nude color. He was literally hurting my cuticles as he used the buffer nail tool. My nails are uneven and lumpy. The salon is outdated and not pleasing to the eye. PLEASE do not go here.

firstly, when i walked in it smelled like sewer. The drains must've been clogged because it smelled bad. However, i needed my eyebrows done badly for a military ball. I got my eyebrows done and they look horrible!! I asked to keep the same shape but now my eyebrows are 2 different shapes. The women told me she was new and i told her she should've said that before the service. So in all this place is stinky, unprofessional, and the eyebrow lady don't know what she's doing. don't recommend.

I am based in Los Angeles, but I've been coming here for a couple of years now when I visit family in Virginia. Unfortunately the quality of everything has gone down recently. The first few times I came here, it was great. I didn't have any issues, but the last 2 times has been extremely lackluster. On this particular visit, I got a gel pedicure on Saturday afternoon (11/18/23 - please keep this in mind), I was sat immediately, the nail technician started, and then abruptly stopped to do another service for a client with no explanation or apology. When she came back the water was cold and I had waiting for a quite some time, she did add more hot water. She finished the pedicure with no problems, I paid and left. On Monday morning, I noticed that the paint on my big toe is peeling. I've been able to wear a gel pedicure for up to 2 months with no chipping, and it chips after 2 days. The regular gel pedicure service was $55, which is actually more expensive than what I pay in LA. They are overpriced, the products are not up to par, the service is lackluster, and it's just super disappointing because they have all of the ingredients to be a stellar location.

0 stars - they don't even deserve 1.. I seriously never write reviews, but this really upset me. I got my wedding nails done on 10/5, my wedding was 10/7, and my DIP nail popped off. I've never had issues prior going there. I've had Hai, Sophia, Carson, and Kari when she use to work there. LOVED THEM! (They did not do my wedding nails...) I went to go get them taken off as it was the first time I was available to leave the hospital. Long story short, my grandpa had to have emergency surgery during my wedding & was in critical condition and he was in the ICU. I never left his side as he doesn't live here & he just came for the wedding (which he couldn't attend). I was trying to show the owner (Michael) pictures of my nails the day it popped off and chipped. He didn't want to see it. I asked if I could get a discount since my nails were ruined. (and they were my wedding nails) He then proceeded to say I should've called and let him know as soon as it happened. I told him there was no way I could bc I was in the ICU with no signal. The least of my worries were my nails. He said that's no excuse on why I didn't contact him. He had went to a funeral but he still showed up at work... (I'm sorry but how is that relevant to this?) He proceeded to say he could not do anything bc the policy said 14 days is when they could fix it for free. I said okay, how many points do I have saved up, I'll use those and pay the difference. He then said he refuses to work with me and I was no longer welcome there. He was very ugly and rude with me. I've never had issues until recently and just thinking about it. They don't sanitize their equipment anymore like they use too. They are not as clean. The last time I went there I got a fungi infection on my toes. I've never in my life, had this problem. Not to mention, when I got my wedding nails done, the workers were talking shit right in front of me and laughing. I'm very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated. I feel so bad for the wonderful workers that work there & have such a bad manager. They've lost quite a few techs & now I know why. I'll be following the old techs to their new location(s) as I truly think Michael doesn't know what he is doing. I'll also be telling all my friends, family, and coworkers about this incident and how he handled this situation. All I wanted was my nails to be taken off. I did not want a full refund, I did not want my nails to be redone, I didn't even ask for it to be free! Just a discount. Also I know Michael is going to fight back on this comment because he is a very immature person. Please see all the other poor reviews for more examples of his personality and business.

The first time i came here was wonderful. The service was nice and prompt & the price was super reasonable. I believe Vicki did my pedicure and it was more than I expected. (A gel color base with French tip) The second time i came in for a full set, I just wanted a nude base with French tip, medium-long, the guy tried to charge me $180!!!! When I was shocked and told him that can't be right he said "fine, $150" I thanked him and left and went to the place sort of across the street.. where I got exactly what I wanted for the expected price range. Which was a little less than half the price of what this guy tried to get me for. I was going out to a fancy dinner so I was dressed very lovely, and they were also busy, I believe it was a Friday night about 2 hours before closing. But that still doesn't excuse the price guage. I'm a bit new to the area and even asked a lady outside if that price was normal for what i wanted and she was shocked & told me that that was absolutely ridiculous. So sad as I actually liked Vicky and thought she did an amazing job on my pedicure my first visit but the second guy ruined the experience.
