I booked a blow dry online which clearly stated $45 when I arrived I wasnt informed that it would be any different but when I went to pay the girl said $95 when i asked why she said you have extensions, well you should have told me that before you done my hair! I felt totally robbed I paid but wouldnt go back.
Very poor hygiene. There are piles of hair everywhere. It seems like they have never cleaned up the salon. Overall I am dissatisfied with Village 9 Salon and don't recommend it to anyone.
Changing hair to a longer style and had great discussion with Teresa as she fixed my transition hair that was growing out. She did awesome job bleaching my son's hair and my wife who originally found her won't go to anyone else. Great experience fit me in to time on Friday. Used to go to barber but worth it to go to salon for type of hairstyle I want.
I called in at 4:30pm and made an appointment for 5:30pm the same day. After coming in to the salon, a woman informed me she had been the only person all day and that there were no other appointments for that day. Bullshit. I literally called this location, spoke with someone on the phone, set up an appointment, and was denied a simple haircut.
