One of the best hair cuts I have every received. The owner knows her stuff and is very sweet. Love my hair again.

Well, I was worried about coming here because I got a Groupon and assumed that I wouldn't be getting the same treatment or be shown the same kindness as a regular paying customer. Yes, I was right to be worried. My hair was washed pretty quickly and I showed her the hairstyle that I wanted. There wasn't much conversation, which was fine. However, while she was cutting my hair, a regular person came in and the person who was working with my hair dropped everything to greet her and told someone else to deal with me. I wasn't sure if this was normal and she was pretty much done, so I just let it be. Then a male came and finished blow drying and cutting my hair. While the end result of my hair was something that I could live with, it's not something I necessarily wanted as she/he cut it a bit too short. I know that hair grows back, but I couldn't help but feel dismissed during my visit. Generally, as I don't know Virginia well, I use Groupon to see which hair salons would treat me well while keeping it low stakes. However, since I wasn't happy with my end result nor was I happy with being dismissed, I do not wish to come back.

Valbona cut and highlighted my hair. I was very happy with her work. I will return next time I'm visiting my parents in Purcellville. I've already sent my mom there and she loved her hair too. Ignore the reviews that complain about the owner. She's European. She's direct. And she's excellent at what she does.

Was hard to get an appointment and when finally got one , was not busy at all .Just one hairdresser and no clients. Did a 10 minutes kids haircut and charged $10 more then the website price .I also had the 40% off first time and she didn't want to honor it

I got a groupon for my first visit here. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was left waiting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When the hairdresser started to dye my hair she was in a hurry because there was another customer waiting. The hairdressers there were not very professional either. They asked me multiple personal questions about my life that I did not feel comfortable answering. When it was all said and done, I was charged $80 in addition to the $75 Groupon I had already purchased. I paid for full highlights and I barely even got partial highlights. I could not even see the highlights on my hair and they didn't dye the highlights on the ends of my hair. I was very disappointed with how my hair was done and will not return. I do not recommend this salon to anybody.
