Kelly is AMAZING!!! Not only does she take her time, but she is an amazing person!! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quick cut, or a detailed coloring!!!!

Wowed by the customer service! I was visiting family early November and ran out of my hair product (gasp!). Knowing that it's not easy to find, I started a search to get some more. I called Kelly and it went to vm, so I carried on. I did not expect her to call me back! Not only did she call me within 30 minutes (if that long) but she had my product and set what I needed aside for me. That was great service, but then she took it a step further and called me back again to tell me one of the products had a slight difference than what I'm used to. She didn't have to do that at all and I'm really impressed at how she treats clients. If I still lived in VA I would definitely have Kelly do my hair!

Kelly did my son's hair when we decided he would go blue for real, from his natural dark brown. She started by cutting his hair. He asked for it kinda long. Then she bleached the front blond. Then - finally - the blue. The color is amazing and has already lasted almost 1 month. We ended up going back a day or so later, so she could cut it a bit shorter. My son loves his hair and everyone thinks it looks great. Kelly is really personable, friendly, and kind. At $100, it was more than I'd planned to spend, but it looks amazing. The only thing about the experience is that I would change is that we didn't know how long it would take. Especially since our appointment was at 7:30, it would have been great if Kelly had mentioned that it would take about 3 hours. (Bad planning on our part to wait until the day before school started.)

I have been looking for some hair extensions for my upcoming wedding for a while now. I was referred to Kelly at Hippie Dippie Hair by a friend who said she does great work and is really knowledgeable about the best products currently on the market. Kelly consulted with me and helped me pick exactly the right shade for my hair color and texture. She also recommended I mix it up and buy a pack of each color closest to my natural hair to make the overall look more dynamic (I never would have thought of that on my own!). She was always patient while explaining the different brands to me and never made me feel like I had to purchase a more expensive product (a huge pet peeve of mine). I can't wait to try them out when they come in the mail! You're in good hands with Kelly, she will take care of you!
