Horrible Horrible Horrible. Went there at a recommendation of a friend. They were rude, started and stopped doing the work and in the end messed up the service I requested. I was there for 1 hour and 2 minutes and got nothing done!!! wasted my time. DO NOT GO THERE under any circumstance.
I absolutely love this nail salon. They are all so sweet , they take their time, and are so meticulous! It's such a treat!
I have been to this location several times previously and normally call 1st because I tend to bring my Mom and daughters with me. However, today it just me. She asked me if I had an appt and I said, "No". Person was extremely rude...she told me "we are busy come back later". I think that was extremely rude. I will not be patronizing this location again. Not to mention that I normally spend close to $150+ for my me and my family. I will be happy to spend my money with another company which I did. I walked into another place close by. They asked if I had an appt which I did not. They welcomed me and I was quickly serviced on this beautiful Wednesday.
Tammy gave me another awesome gel pedicure today! She remembers that I don't like the water too hot and then went out of her way to cool off the paraffin wax before putting it on my feet. Also cooled down the hot towels. Great massage and the quality of the polish is fabulous and lasts for a month! Love Envy nails !
I called ahead and came in about an hour later, got a gel pedicure which was great, and then my nails done. I had a specific design and look I was going for, and it was knocked out of the park. I can't say enough good things about my experience and will absolutely be going back!
