Love this nail salon! All of the techs are professional and talented but Amy is my star! So creative and always coming up with cool, new ideas for my dip manicures. Latest edition in photos! Make sure to call for an appointment now as they are not really accepting walk ins but definitely worth it!

What a hidden gem! Everyone is so nice, and takes their time with you. I was sad because my usual girl, Susan, went to the other location for the school year. I was introduced to Tony, and he is so talented! He makes sure my nails are the exact shape I want, and takes his time. I also have to say that their prices are so much better than most places in the area. Many salons now you have to pay more for a full manicure with a dip (umm my cuticles need to be handled after 3 weeks), which can get pricey. They are reasonably priced here, and my nails NEVER chip! I usually go three weeks before I go in for another manicure. For reference, i do the dip manicures, but have also had numerous pedicures there and have always been happy. They have so many colors, offer gel pedicures, and take appointments. FYI- the photo below shows my nails 9 days after the manicure was done! Still looks brand new! Color is OPI "love is is in the bare"

I finally get what the craze is all about regarding dip manicures. I got my first dip done here and what a great experience it was. I've had my fair share of manicures but Amy really took her time on my nails and made them perfect. You first walk in and pick your dip color, which they have about 100 different colors. Found my color, then Amy grabbed the powder jar and went for it. It was a cool thing to watch. It's so simple and I walked right out of the salon without wet nails and they look perfect. Thank you!

The first time i went there, the owner and the woman doing my pedicure were very nice and my pedicure was good. Not so much today. Asked for the dip powder for my nails. The pedicure was fine but he cut the side of my cuticles on both hand that i wouldn't stop bleeding. Has asked to have some glitter put on the tips of my nails and he didn't know what i was asking. The girl beside him , who i think is the owner's daughter was very rude. I mentioned that her mother had had a similar thing on her nails last month. Her response...I don't look at my mother's nails. I have no idea what you are talking about" Won't be back if this is their customer service

Amy has alway been professional and friendly. I fly out once a month for all my spa treatments. I have tried dozens of spas and salons in the Detroit Metro Suburbs and all have had limited satisfaction in comparison to my out of state excursion. I have visited Nail Etc. several times in between my monthly trips. The services has been good as well as fair pricing for the quality of service. My ratings is a true 5 in comparison to local service providers.
