I placed an order on November 3rd, called them the week before Thanksgiving since I had not received it yet. I was told it was on backorder and should be shipping November 25th. They apologized for the delay and said they would throw in a lip gloss. Today is December 30th, still have not received my order and have not heard back from the email I sent regarding it.
