Great experience at Nails07 Birmingham, specifically with Aida! She's the best nail tech they have and always so accommodating. I'm currently pregnant & she took great care of my needs, knowing the dos & don'ts on pedicure care while pregnant. She's very kind and always ensures you've had a great experience. And as a bonus, my husband loves going in to get his nails done by her too!
Used to be my favorite place. Danni and John are AMAZING! I went in today and got scolded by TWO women in front of the entire salon for touching a nail polish bottle. Literally, scolded. It was so rude and unnecessary. I walked out immediately. They should be embarrassed for treating their customers like children and making the experience so negative.
I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the nail techs are super nice. However, the business is super shady. I took my 2 nieces here to get mani/pedi's and I got a gel pedicure. They got 5 different colors but they're 3 and 6 so really not a ton of area to paint. I was charged THREE credit card fees despite paying all at once. I was also charged for a design which I or they did not get. The nail tech explained it was because they got more than 3 colors. I was charged for that already as you can see on my receipt but she said she had gotten in trouble the last time she didn't charge the extra $5. I finally just paid and left but I won't return here. The owner clearly values getting a dollar wherever possible.
Dear my brothers in Christ at NAILS07 salon, I am sorry for slandering you on the internet but I mean the following review in the most disrespectful way possible. I woke up at 3 am to the feeling of a terrible burning sensation coming from the crevices in between my toes. WTF. Feels like my toes are damn near gonna fall off. Perhaps you should stop reusing dirty equipment. I would say you owe me a 5 minute foot rub for giving me a fucking toe staph infection but we both know I ain't coming back. Get an autoclave or use disposable foot tools it ain't that hard. What to know what is hard? Walking around on gods green earth when it feels like I've been shot in the foot.
