Ulta Beauty in Nashville, TN

I re-purchased a toner from Ulta through their website and got it delivered to my house. It came looking not all the way full and with crust on the top no wrap or no box wasn't leaking, however, does look gross. The other out of my purchase came fully intact. I am not re-purchasing online will be purchasing in-store going forward.

awful, just awful. i was going into ulta while shopping at green hills, i was just going to look at the drunk elephant products when this worker walked up to me. i have no problem with good customer service but this particular worker was eyeing me as if i had no idea what i was looking at. she came up to me a total of 4 times asking if i needed any help. i replied with "no thank you i am just looking." every time. she acted as if i had no idea what store i was even in.

I never post reviews but my experience today was awful. I went in to do an even exchange of some perfume I bought online and the staff member didn't even look up at me, she just said "phone number" which I gave her and she scanned the return then scanned my new purchase and told me it would be $9 to which I questioned because it was the same product just a difference scent. I very nicely said it should be an even exchange to which she rudely replied...it's saying $9 so either pay it or move on. I said "not to be that person but can you get your manager" and she called her manager over and goes "you can tell him why you called him over" so I did and he happily fixed the price and she rolled her eyes and said are you happy now?? I said yes and thanked her while she sat and picked at her nails not ever looking up at me. My receipt said her name is alleyah. I hope she was having a bad day because it was very embarrassing in front of other customers!!

I just popped into this Ulta location at 10:40 a.m. on a Wednesday to stock up on a few things and had the nastiest experience at the cash wrap. It was not busy at all; I may have been the only guest in-store at the time, in fact. The person who helped me was not wearing a name tag, and I can only imagine that it's because she was in the mood to bully guests. The receipt says her name was Madelyn, but who knows?

I greeted the cashier (Madelyn??)  and received no response aside from "Got a phone number?" After giving her my phone number for Ulta rewards, she said "It's asking you about our Mastercard." I then presented her with the gift card I intended to use for my purchase (it's different at every store, but sometimes the cashier needs to take the gift card from you to enter info on their side). She rolled her eyes at me, then barked "It's ASKING you about our MASTERCARD" like I was a child who deserved scolding. She said nothing to me after that.

Could somebody please check on her? Because to be that outright rude and snappy towards a complete stranger, this girl must be going through something. If not, yikes.

Very rude and very unhelpful today- luckily I was able to go to Sephora and get what I needed with great customer service.
