MANA Salon + Spa (previously OSHO Collective) in Nashville, TN

Was referred to this salon by 2 different friends- JB did my base color, partial highlight, and cut. It turned out amazing!!! However- the best part was the conversations with JB and her ability to get me in and out in record time! Amazing. Cannot wait to go back.

I came in for a facial on a Saturday when Christina was in town. I had terrible discoloration and broken blood vessels and my skin has just been off lately. First, it was more than a facial, it was informative and insightful into what I'm doing that would cause broken blood vessels -- like hot yoga. She also asked about my routine and gave me some suggestions on how to adjust what I was already doing to help alleviate my issues. She didn't scoff at my Accure grocery store brand face wash, just simply suggested I add an oil to my routine to help with dryness and use my Clarisonic 3x a week to clarify pores. All that to say I didn't feel judged or shamed by what I was doing, it was real life advice. Secondly, it was massage+facial-- no just laying there while the serums work their magic, I also got a massage that was heavenly. Thought I was floating kind of relaxation. Afterwards, I did end up buying some products that Christina suggested. I emphasize suggested because she wasn't pushy or insinuating that I should or my skin would wither away kind of end to the whole experience -- it was refreshing to not be pressured into buying something. But holy cow I am glad I did. Been using them for a week now and I was able to not wear makeup (besides a tinted sunscreen) yesterday (4 days post). My hyper sensitive skin has done a 180 and I'm glad I already have an appointment on the books with Christina when she is back at Osho in August. Can't recommend it enough, easy to get to, easy to book an appointment, and you feel a world away once you are there.

Have you ever had the feeling where you just need to be taken care of? I took a road trip to Nashville to get away. I yelp'd the best salon and spas and actually booked somewhere else first. Then OSHO called me back and I cancelled my other spa and came here...I'm not sure how to convey the sheer perfection of my experience other than it left me in tears. I had an incredible soak but an even more amazing facial from Jenna. A "facial" is an understatement because Jenna's touch was pure nurture and love. I kid you not, I literally wept when she left the room. I then scheduled a hair cut with Cyrus and was touched by his true personal interest and care for what I wanted and needed for my pesky curls. Heck! He let me dry my own hair because he just knew I wanted it just right.
My experience today was nothing short of bliss. I will be sure to pop by again next time I visit.

I am a fan of all the beautiful wavy hairstyles that Nashville girls seem to love, but this girl right here, you would have to fight me and try your hardest to pry the flat iron out of my hands. This made finding the perfect stylist for me a challenge when I moved here, it was not easy trying to find someone who enjoys variety and would cut and style my hair to my straight haired ways.

Tony Caldwell is an AMAZINGLY talented stylist who has a ton of creative vision for hair of ALL types. I have been a client of his since before he opened up this beautiful salon. In addition to always being on top of what's on trend, he also loves to further his knowledge on new techniques and products (they use Oribe products here). I have never left here without a spectacular haircut and hair worthy of tons of compliments. I am never afraid to sit down in his chair and let him do his thing because I know when I leave I'm going to look amazing.

The front desk staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. They have a beautiful spa (that I haven't had a chance to try yet) as well that offers the usual spa fare plus many additional holistic and creative services to relax you that are unique to their salon.

If you are seeking a new place to be beautified or a place just have some "me" time and pamper yourself, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I've been a longtime client of Sara Stose and *definitely* recommend her. I followed her from another salon and would follow her to the ends of the earth....you know, as long as the ends of the earth remains within the greater Nashville-area ;-) She's a blond and she knows blonds. After years of feeling like my other stylist was giving me "mom-lights" (that early Jon and Kate Plus 8 highlight look) I went to Sara and told her what I felt like I was missing and she knew exactly what to do. She's easy, she's fun, girl gets your hair done. ‍‍
