I actually came here to have my nail shape fixed from trying a new place and LeAnn was awesome and shaped my nails better. I was also trying to get gel X and she offered to do them once I had my set for a couple weeks. I made an appointment for 3 weeks later. I am pretty disappointed. I wanted French tips and they were completely uneven because she was running behind for another appointment and not even 5 days later the nails are lifting because they were not sealed at the cuticle and starting to get mold from water getting underneath. On top of that I had to go to a different salon and have the French repainted which came out perfect- just to have to remove my nails because they were not sealed properly. I would have liked to at least make the 200 i spend last a couple weeks

I am veryyy picky when it comes to my nails because of the time/price commitment it requires, and this place has yet to disappoint. They are friendly, affordable, and professional. I have tried a few different nail salons in the area and will always recommend this place over the others!

for months I would come in and get a gel pedicure and gel full set and each time the price would increase by $10 to $20 dollars totaling almost $200 the final tone from the first time I came in. I recently came in to get a gel pedicure and nail soak off and they charged $75!? just greedy and scammers.

Very bad paraffin experience. The owner was in a hurry and put my right foot in a plastic bag which was very hot, I immediately pull my foot back, but she insisted I keep it. I immediately begin to pull my foot out as I screamed. She gave me ice only after I asked, all the while saying "U must be very sensitive" my foot remain red in color and sensitive to touch. I will NEVER GO BACK.The paraffin should be tested by the technician before putting a client 's foot in.
The manicure was a hot mess. Bad experience.

Elle Nails is exceptional. Always punctual, good service, good work...could not find a better place. I literally pass a least 5 nail salons to get to this one and I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend contending with Nolensville Road traffic (and that's something I do not like to do unless I have to) to come here for a relaxing treatment.
