I canceled my account in October and have been charged every month since. I have been in contact with the sight manager as well as customer relations and many front desk staff about the issue and have been ignored/avoided since. I have been told someone will call me back tomorrow, in five minutes, in just a moment ... I have been told they manager is working with "HR" on my refund and that I will hear back tomorrow and that was THREE WEEKS AGO and then I wake up on this beautiful sunny day and see that I've been charged YET AGAIN $100 .. I'm truly only leaving a review in hopes this gets someone to call me back to give me my money. (Aside from all of this the staff is kind and my tans are always 10/10)
I hadn't been into this location for almost a year and was so happy to see how clean and tidy it is. The front was clean and the front desk person was very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
