I called for an appointment to be waxed but had to wait until 10am. I went there at 945am and thought I'd have my nails painted while I waited....wow. Was I happy. The waxer nicknamed Mary came in while my nails were drying and led me into a private room. After my waxing, she gave me a badly needed neck message. I am thrilled with this place. Great pricing AND service...hard to find together but...here it is.
Although it seems outdated a definitely not aesthetically the best. The service I received today I cannot complain about. My nails look amazing and the lady who did my pedicure paid so much attention to detail and was gentle yet effective in the right ways. Everybody was so personable which I really appreciated. My nails look amazing I definitely will be back. And despite their hole in a wall appearance aesthetically they really do have a ton of options for dipping colors, designs, and polish varieties that even my more high-end place I usually go to don't have.
Love this place. Simon always does a great job! They are friendly and helpful! I tried a different salon in Lake City and ended up with my finger slit open. I'll only go to Luxury Nail! They work quickly and I never have any problems! My nails are always the correct length and they last for three weeks until I come back in. I also have them do my eyebrows and they do them perfectly! I've recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to recommend them.
they are convenient located for me, sadly they don't completely finish they rush you through when others walk in the door. A few steps were not done, that I'm use to getting. They are lacking common courtesy when others walk in
Very UPSET. I did not enjoy my time here they made me pay for nails that were shorter than I asked different colors and asked them to redo them and then they tried to tell me that I liked it even though I said I didn't. The offered to fix them the next day and then when I came back they told me I would have to pay for them.
