I debated whether or not I wanted to write a review, because I don't want to make any business look bad... but I felt as though if I had read this review I would have been thankful. 1. The pricing on the website must be wrong or I was over charged. I got one full color and a cut. Website says $95.. I was charged $130 before tip. 2. I went in super excited to be pampered and transformed. The all over dye was put on my head and left for 55 minutes while my stylist tended to another client. I felt neglected. 3. I just found it weird the stylist ask me to basically bend over while my hair was being blow dried. Typically the hair is blow dried with a brush so that styling is better. Overall felt super rushed and I didn't feel like an important client. Stylist ask me my age 3 different times, so that showed me that what I was even saying held no value. Sadly, disappointed.
Valerie is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I found her back in 2016 and she has Never disappointed. I moved away recently for nine months and I came back and she literally picked up where she left off. I absolutely love her and recommend her to anybody
Very happy with my experience at trends. Stopped in in the morning to talk with the receptionist about what I wanted to get done. She was very polite and helpful. And was able to squeeze me in that day with Sandy. When I got back things were running a little behind which was fine with me, considering I was able to get in that day. I was offered a cup of coffee while I waited. I explained what I wanted done with my hair no questions asked Sandy took off and did exactly what I asked for. I even got a glass of wine while my color was setting. The staff, receptionists were all very nice and friendly good atmosphere very comfortable there. I will be back.
Rocio was a pleasure to meet and I loved getting my hair cut by her. She was super friendly, fun, and real. We went for a short cut and she let me know to text her this week if I want to go even shorter. I really enjoyed my haircut and that they could get me in within a short amount of time. Thank you!!
Very pleased with the service. Called Friday morning and they were able to get me in. Valerie did a great job with my cut and style. Valerie was nice and very quick. Will definitely return.
