Michelle is INCREDIBLE. I had the sound wave deep cleaning done (which is an acne frequency and light therapy). She went above and beyond in helping me. Michelle was very flexible around my busy schedule and an awesome person to work with. She even recommended some great at home remedies and offered a great price to get this all done. I highly recommend her!

I purchased a Groupon for two diamond micro dermal abrasion treatment I should've known something was up because the minute I spoke to Michelle on the phone she was trying to upsell me on another service without even seeing my face to determine if that something I even needed. after waiting three weeks to get in for my first appt, I had to schedule my 2nd appt a month out. I think it's wonderful that she's that busy however I found it interesting that she kept asking me if I was willing to spend $50 more for an additional service and that she might be able to get me in sooner. I called her twice to reschedule my second appointment and when she finally called me back she informed me that she had already given away my timeslot because I had called her and told her I had to cancel. Basically, she took the time to call somebody else rather than calling me first and providing customer service to me and of course the only availability that's left is another month away I would never ever waste my time with her again.

Went to visit Shuinae to get my hair fixed... she said she was extremely confident to give me natural highlights and balayage type hair. This is what I left with half my hair looking like it was dumped in bleach, dry, and damaged. I had to go get it fixed again... when I asked for my money back after seeing really how bad it was she said she could fix it. I refused because she said she was 100% confident when she first did it. She gave me $40 out of $160 back. I only gave 2 starts because the shop owner was kind. If you go here, visit someone besides her. She... pushes product, speaks badly of her clients (was calling the previous lady crazy for getting a perm), is over confident, will not admit when she makes mistakes, she blames her clients for issues (she told me the picture I showed her looked like my hair) when I told her if someone else did this to my hair she would say "omg who did this it is bad", she had nothing to say in return... She will argue with this review but if you care about your time, money, and hair I would not visit her.

Alex is very good with cutting hair. However she has major control issues that she needs to work on. I asked for partial highlights and few chunky ones on my bangs and she did not want to do chunky ones and the color was brassy. I asked for a dark caramel tone. I feel that if she listened to what I tried to tell her then the outcome could have been good and I could have been a satisfied client. She even questioned why I wanted a few chunky highlights and told me that they were ugly. Although I was not satisfied, I still gave her a tip. After a few days, she texted me to see if I am liking my hair and I had to be honest and told her how I felt. She got defensive and told me that I should just do my own hair. If that was possible then I will do it so that I will not be throwing away my money on services that I am not happy about.Too bad that I was planning to bring my friends to get their hair done by her but I changed my mind ...

Went in with my girlfriend because of the great reviews and the "moderate" price range. Just out of school doeant mean there is a lot of $$ to throw around. $50 for a bloody trim is NOT moderate. I quired about otbwr services and thwy need to be in the $$$ range. Staff was very friendly but it was a waste of time.
