Made an appointment for 10:20AM on a Tuesday, my service began within 5 minutes of sitting down, and was really appreciated I have been coming here on & off for a few years, today was definitely the best service I've had thus far! Decent price, really great quality and the salon is calm even during rushes. Please request Chloe, she is amazing, and really attentive to thickness/shape/making them all uniform. Asked me multiple times throughout the filing process how they looked, and made sure I knew the color I picked is more of a clear coat (my ideal-preference, I knew this when I picked out the shade but could see it's not everyones cup o' tea) I appreciated this too. I plan on bringing my mother in for our next fill, with Chloe. Delighted to finally-a-found a reliable nail tech! Thank you tranquility, for her services this week!
My first time experience was the worst. The place is very small and quite dark. I discovered this place through class pass and when I had gone there, the owner was just down right rude and rushed me to pick a color. HOWEVER, when I had gotten my nails done by her technician, it was pretty good quality. After going a couple of times after to give it another shot, I grew to appreciate the quality of their work. I had gotten a shellac mani-pedi. And they did a good job. I have gone back a few times afterwards and eventually the owner started to be nice.
Favorite nail salon by far. All the nail techs here are skilled , talented and kind. They also do not overcut your cuticles which has happened to me at several other salons. They do a great job and inside their salon is also nice too.
Amazing shellac mani/pedi at Tranquility Nails and Spa today! They have so many colors and cool designs include cat eyes, hologram, and this amazing overlay I got called "White Pearl". I booked through ClassPass today but I'll definitely be back again soon. This nail salon is spacious, very clean, and the service was speedy and professional. I drove here from Seattle after work in 520 traffic and have no regrets. 5/5 will come again.
