I really struggled whether or not to post this because Susan is a really nice person and, my prior experience was wonderful. I came in for half head of foils and a cut. The foils did not turn out well because a low volume developer was used. She tried to correct it with toner but it didnt help enough. She also got my shirt really wet. I was suprised that this happened and that she did not offer a redo in the future. Then she charged me an enormous amount of money for the foils. It was twice the amount of a haircut which I thought was unreasonable.
This is the first time a stylist REALLY listened to what I wanted, and also helped me make decisions based on my face shape, etc. Susan cut and highlighted my hair, did so efficiently and with friendly conversation, and I am so happy! It's been a rough road finding a stylist in the area so I'm thrilled to have found Susan. Thanks again!
Took a risk and tried a new salon for the first time in forever and it was AWESOME! Susan did an amazing job with cutting my hair in layers while also shaping my face along with doing an all over darker color that has transformed me! She was amazing throughout the process and everyone loves my hair including my husband who thinks I style it everyday when actually its just the haircut that makes it easy to manage everyday. I'm so blessed to have found her and only wish I had found Susan sooner. She was also very knowledgeable about how to care for your hair and after care without selling any products and talking about the water quality which I didnt even think of. I would highly recommend her for your daily or transformation needs and prepare to be wowed!
Talk about the best haircut ever... and I am 73 !!! I have challenging hair but Susan was incredible not only with her ability to cut/style but her knowledge of how to care for your hair and not with expensive hair products but rather explaining to me how our hard water is damaging to my hair. She suggested I get a shower filter and not use hot water on my hair. Wish I had discovered her years ago. Thanks Susan!
