I've gone here once in 2020, and that was a good experience. Even added their wechat to stay in contact. I went in today, february 25, and immediately felt a bad vibe. I wasn't greeted when I first came and the lady was looking at me as if I did something wrong. Keep in mind I speak chinese as well so all exchanges were done in chinese. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my appointment started. The lady that was doing my nails was on her phone texting the ENTIRE time. you can possible imagine every other second she was going from my nails to her phone and back to my nails. I was just tired of it. I had initially said I will do a plain manicure but the last straw was when she called her friend randomly and then when i proceeded to say i no longer needed polish she immediately hung up the phone and asked why? insinuating the fact that she wasn't going to be making the gel manicure price instead, just a gel removal. The gel removal was $25, take it as you will. I deleted them on Wechat and will never ever go back to this business!!!
This is the place I will recommend all my friends to come. All of their Manicurist are super nice and patient. My nails don't look good, while they do the extension for me, they always make a perfect nicely shape. And the design they did is awesome, it can usually last really long time. But I like to replace it every month because I wanna new design lol. They also offer facial and lashes, want to try their lashes next time.
I went to Dan to color my hair, pedicure and manicure. Jonh did my hair and I love it!!!! The girls that did my nails. They were so nice and very helpful. I couldn't decide the color. They were patient . The salon was very busy but still give 5 star Service. !!! Highly recommended Thank you Dan
The owner was not responsible for her appointment and overcharged. Very disappointed and won't come back at all.
They said they took walk ins and when the manicure was half done said they didn't have time to finish due to an appt arriving. I couldn't buy the polish and take with me for the Pedi. Very overpriced.
