Todays Nails in Rock Hill, SC

Had an absolute awful experience here. Came to get a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure was fine but the dip manicure was terrible. Nail tech stood next to the pedicure chair the whole time, yelling to other techs in the salon, and cut my cuticles several times, at one point causing me to yank my hand away. The dip power and activator is all over my fingers as seen in the photos. At checkout I brought these issues up and was told I was lying, the cuts were already there, and the one she admitted to the manager said "well she already apologized what else do you want" and told me to either pay or have the nails removed, as if I would let them touch my nails again after the unsanitary cuts. Overall bad experience, and even worse customer service.

Did a Walk-in appointment and was sat down immediately, even though I came in close to closing time I was still served.

All the employees made me feel welcomed and even taught me some nail knowledge.

I use to love this Salon but it has been awful since new owners took over. I mean TERRIBLE! Very unprofessional, they do not listen to what you want and they up charge. My neighbor got a terrible finger infection from the color-dip because they did not follow proper sanitation guidelines.

Had my nails done by Mike who was very aggressive and high strung. After my nails were finished I tried asking him a question about my real nail but he cut me off before I could finish and he starting yelling at me to leave and never come back. I'm guessing he thought I was complaining about my nails and I never once said anything bad about the work he did. I never complained about him cutting and ripping my real nails off so he can put on a new set. Not once while he was doing my nails did I ever say that I didn't like them. He was extremely rude to me, yelling so the entire salon could hear. He told me not to pay and leave. I did pay my bill because I never wanted anything for free. If he would have let me finish my sentence he would have known that. I never once complained about my nails, he just took what I was asking the wrong way. I was almost in tears and in shock at the way he treated me. I'm not one to ever write reviews and if I was in the wrong I'd admit it but that was a horrible experience. I left a review on Instagram but they deleted it. His actions were unacceptable and not normal behavior. I hope no one has to ever experience that treatment.

Ok so if you want nice nails dont go here! I got my nails done like an hour ago and when I was looking at them they were crooked  and uneven! Tomorrow I will be going to get a refund and finding a new place to get them redone. Dont waste your time and money, it's not worth it! Trust me!!!! when they asked me what color I wanted they picked a random red and the guy who did it was aggressive  and kept flirt with me. Keep in mind Im 13. It was like they had no respect  for the client who payed $45 for nails that were crappy. Just don't go!!!!
