Listen y'all I don't get my nails done but these people are amazing. I walked in once to get my eyebrows done and have been coming here for the last four years since. It is a family run business and they truly care about accommodating everyone who walks through their door. (Still make an appointment!)
Seriously though if you're looking for a new spot, this is it.
Terrible customer service. I got a gel manicure on a Thursday , Sunday the whole gel nail came off. I was on vacation so I took a picture to show owner...he accused me of peeling off the gel. The nail tech did a sloppy job not painting my whole nail and getting polish all over my skin. Owners child yelled and bothered me the whole time. A/C didn't work. Would give ZERO stars if I could .
I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I came to this nail salon yesterday and should've figured out this place was awful from the start. One of the employee's child was running around the salon (I didn't care that the kid was there, but he was acting like a lunatic) and he DIDN'T HAVE SHOES ON.
I decided to stay and give the place a chance and when I sat down to have my nails done, the technician took the towel used on my nails and used it to wipe the gunk off of her glasses and then didn't get a new towel.
Lastly, the woman technician switched out with the man technician to do the actual nail painting. I got a gel manicure and he kept yelling at me and saying my hand wasn't all the way under the UV Light. I told him my middle finger had reached the front of the light and I couldn't go any further in. He grabbed my hand and kept jamming it under the light and told me it was my fault the nail got messed up. The man also did my friend's nails and she said he did the same thing to her.
This place was disgusting and the employees were awful. I'll never return.
I've been going to Tina to get my nails done for a few months now. She is very nice, does a great job, and is always on time when I make an appointment. Definitely recommend!
After almost 10 years of being a loyal customer I don't think I'm coming back. I made an appointment with Tina for a fill-in. She said ok what about 9 o'clock? I accepted the appointment and arrived on time. When I arrived today (9/23/18) for my appointment she was already doing a pedicure, didn't acknowledge me or that she had an appointment. After the pedicure, she started about service in the same clients as there are two other walk-in clients waiting BUT I have an appointment. This is unprofessional to say the least and IF I stay another 5 minutes as it is 9:35 I promise to let her know about my dissatisfaction. I would have been better off as a walk-in rather than thinking I would be granted the time I was offered for the service I requested. I don't suggest this place as they are always limited with staff and apparently making an appointment is null and void. Today's Nails located at 725 Cherry Rd in Rock Hill SC you have lost my faith in what I thought was one of the best nail salons in the area but you don't keep your word and as a customer I feel that my time was wasted.
