Nails came out lumpy & POLISH is not done right at all baby shower was the next day & I cried because he want wanted to argue with me about him doing it right . DO NOT COME HERE !!!
Literally the worst manicure of my life. I'll gladly take my money back. And your customer service is severely lacking . My cuticles were barely trimmed and painted over and my nails weren't even trimmed. Will NOT be going back
I will never go back. She pushed so hard when doing the cuticle on my big toe that there was a bruise on my nail before polish was applied. While trimming the skin on the same big toe, she clipped the skin, then pulled down. I was bleeding. I don't think that tools, brushes, and callous scrubbers are properly sterilized between clients. Scrubbing brush and callous remover sponge were rinsed in basin water, squirted with a little fresh water, then replaced on her work tray. They should be thrown away!The metal tools were taken to a sink in the front of the store, and seemed to be washed with soap and water, and a clean wash rag placed in the bottom of her plastic tool box. This does not properly sanitize those tools! The pedicure was $28, a very high price. I just moved here from California, where I paid $20 for a better and safer pedicure.
Been a couple of times I mostly just go to get my eyebrows done but my last two trips have been very disappointing and I will probably be going somewhere else now. Went in on the day before thanksgiving waited 30 mins and left because no one asked what I needed. Decided to go in Saturday wait wasn't to bad went right back but that was not my problem the lady started on my eyebrows and the wax was way to hot so my reaction was to open my eyes causing wax to get on my eyelashes yes this part was my fault but by the time she finished I could tell she was using a pencil on my eyebrows get home to wipe it off and half my eyebrow was gone. Will be finding a different place.
Great place to go! Perfect job every time! Will never go anywhere else! My mom also goes here for her nails and has never had any issues.
