got a manicure and pedicure there went to get it re polished because the polish came off my toe in less then a week need I remind u it was gel polish they was very rude about fixing it then I end up having polish come off my finger right after I went to get my toe fixed never going there again
First of all let me start with this was the worst service I have ever received. I arrived at 3:00pm I think the owner name is Mary. She didn't start on my nails until 4:25pm. She nicked me several times while filing my nails. I had a nail that was loose she didn't cut the area that was coming up she just put gel on top of it and when I asked her about it she said I'll replace it next time. All of my nails are different shapes and the polish OMG I can't make this up it's horrible. U have to see the pictures!!! I was supposed to get a pedicure too but I guess she upset so she said she didn't have anyone to do them. After I mentioned to her that I had been there since 3:00pm, she then said I would have to wait another hour mind you it's 5:30pm at this point. I will never patronize this business again!!!
So initially I really like the service and I posted a very positive review. It has been 2 days since I got my pedicure and two things have happened. She flooded my nails with gel polish so when I took a shower the polish popped off. That was yesterday. Today I woke up in immense pain on my big toe and come to find out, she had cut my nail so short that it is now growing back and is incredible painful. Also on that toe my cuticle is becoming infected. DO NOT GO HERE.
