Cassie lied to me about the ingredients in the hair color products she uses. I asked her if a product she used had a certain ingredient and she said no but later when I asked her to show me the ingredient list, the chemical I asked about is the third ingredient on the list. This chemical has been tied to hair loss and dermatitis in research which is why I was trying to avoid it. Instead of listening to my concerns and checking the ingredient list, Cassie told me the hair color didn't have the ingredient, which was not true. She displayed a lack of concern for my wishes as a client and a willingness to make up facts in order to speed up the process and get me in and out of the appointment.

I've been coming here for 5 years! It's such a well-kept, friendly space. Complimentary underground parking is quite the luxury in Uptown, and the gifts just keep coming with complimentary coffee and tea while you wait. The space is big, clean, and fairly modern. I have always had ease in scheduling with my stylist, Amir! He is so talented and always provides great conversation. I'd absolutely recommend this establishment and Amir!
I got a balayage from Lisa Marie. I don't know how she does it, but I didn't think I'd ever go blonde again. She made it look so natural and the process was pleasant. The best!
