I broke a nail and need to stop somewhere quick to get it fixed and get a fill. HUGE MISTAKE. Not only did the lady burn me multiple times and left my nails uneven and you can see through the color. I am getting my nails redone tomorrow. Avoid this nail salon!
Yeah, they don't listen. They go with what they think you want instead of listening to your needs. Unusually come here bc I live a block away/ but NEVER again. I need to stop giving them the benefit of doubt only bc it's convenient. It's a disappointment every time.
This is the worst nail salon. I have natural thick nails and after coming here they drilled my nails down to the point that they are now splitting on the sides. One of the was so bad that I went in to get it fixed and they didn't even want to fix it. If you have natural nails I wouldn't recommend coming here because they don't know what they are doing. They may have one or two technicians in there that knows how to do nails and they are the ones that are booked, everyone else is trash.
My two friends and I had an appointment and I was able to get in right away but they had to wait an extra 30 minutes as they were over working themselves. they also tend to focus on their coworkers and have long side chats. not happy. will not come back.

Plus all the dead skin off my feet and my hands and feet are now so soft they feel like a baby's bottom! I get so many compliments on my fingernails - I am recommending Golden Nails to everyone I see. Perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday! I can't wait for the next 3 to 4 weeks when I go back for my Christmas finger and toenails. Also the customer service and friendly technicians make it a fun atmosphere! Prices are very reasonable.
