Worst experience in this place. You're better off going to the hair school in the actual mall. $25 for hair that wasn't even fully blow dried. The lady'ls name was like Debbie and I would never recommend her to people I don't like! If you're going to have sharp nails at least put on some gloves. The 2 others I came with had the same complaints and pointed out she was either busy smiling and looking at the guy in the salon or checking her watch often. Beyond angry and will make sure never to suggest this place to anyone else.

Are used to work at JC pennies as a master stylist for over 9 years -- Although I decided to go on my own ...I stayed in contact with all the girls that still work there... I still refer customers over there and try to send them business if there's something that the MASTER stylist SPECIALIZE IN-- I called One morning trying to see when A stylist could get someone I was referring to her in for an appointment -- The receptionist that answered the phone her name is Aaliyah-- She came across VERY RUDE and Nit professional at all -- I was trying to see when she can get an appointment in and I told her I needed it soon she said the soonest that the stylist could get her in was almost 2 weeks away-- So I Aster what date is it on and she told me the date and when I asked her what day is that on she commented very rude on a "Thursday" as if I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT ! I proceeded to tell her that I was a stylist that used to work there and was trying to send business to them and I said so u acting that way isn't helping that in ANY WAY - SHE SAID A SMART REMARK back and I asked for her name -- I AM very disappointed on how rude and UNPROFESSIONAL THAT RECEPTIONIST acted over the phone!! I can ONLY IMAGINE HOW SHE IS IN PERSON !! I will be contacting corporate as well!
I recently called to set an appointment for a haircut this evening. I called out of courtesy to let my assigned stylist know I was going to run late due to work. I clearly stated I was going to be 10-15 mins late due to the Drive and was told not a problem. I get a call as I'm literally walking in the door and I sincerely greeted the receptionist and apologized for my tardiness. She hangs up the phone and tells yes, normally after 20mins late we call and reschedule the appointment. But let me see if your stylist can take you. As I observed the area it was clearly no one in the wait room. I told the receptionist that I called to inform that I was clearly going to run late, but she continued to lecture me about my tardiness and needed to see if my stylist could possible take me this evening. I apologized for any inconvenience and told the receptionist that it's okay. I will leave and reschedule another day. She then apologized and tried to keep my appointment and I was it's okay. I said, "I will come back another time when the stylist can take me." She then was like, "it's okay it will only be a minute." I again nicely told her "no worries I will come back". As I walked out and observed the styling booth area. There was no one getting anything done and two stylist seating chatting. I don't know if there was anyone in the back getting hair washed or eye brows but I was just shocked that I got lectured for 3 mins knowingly I called them and mentioned I was running late from work and would be 10-15mins late. Well needless to say that I went to a lower volume hair cut place to get a 2" cut and they were super nice! I apologized for walking in 30 mins before closing time and the two ladies were super nice to me and said it's okay, how can we help you. I normally make the drive back home in east Texas to my jcpenney salon there when I visit my family. It was my first time at this place for a cut, I normally get my eye brows there for special events like my engagement pictures, wedding week, and special dinner galas. I'm just really disappointed on how I was treated. The other place I got service was really nice and polite. I tipped her great and she told me I over tipped for the service.
