Omg!!!! This is such an amazing place! I had the best experience ever! If you are looking to get a cut, color or style please check out this place! You will not be disappointed. FYI my stylist was Josh and he was awesome! I'm sure they are all incredible. Not to mention it's family owned!!!!
I am THE PICKIEST person on the planet. Literally, I may be. I can provide examples if needed. But I would get a full back tattoo of my stylist's face, I love her so much. She makes it look like my hair grew out of my head this way. I've never had a bad cut or color. My mom and I both go to Kari. She and her husband treat my mom like a queen when she visits. PS...I don't really want a permanent tattoo of anyone's face on my back. Or any guy's name on my bod, for that matter. But, figuratively speaking...I'd totally do it.
I'd give a negative star if I could...after having a baseball-size brain tumor removed my hair was tangled and matted. I spoke with a stylist on the phone who assured me she could work with me. The day before my appointment, I received a call saying the stylist had quit. I understand completely. Rescheduled with another stylist. Day of appointment received a call indicating stylist was ill. Again, understandable. At this point I was frustrated and trying to get my hair taken care of so I could heal physically and mentally. I asked for a call from the manager so we could identify who would be the ideal stylist to schedule time. Guess what?? It's been six months and still no call. This could be the last salon in Fort Worth and I'd burn in hell before I'd step foot in the establishment.
Josh and the entire crew at Shampoo are the absolute best and so talented! My 5 star review is about 6 years overdue..... Josh has taken my long, thick hair from dark to light, back to dark, to balayage then ombré. I don't trust anyone else with my hair now after he's corrected some other color fails. He's proud of how he geeks out on perfecting your cut and color. Bonus, everyone at Shampoo is so pleasant to be around and are all passionate hair gurus. They really are the best in Fort Worth!
