Went in yesterday and they treated me so ugly. I walked in asked for a acrylic overlay and a pedicure. As soon as the lady sat me down she started being super aggressive with my making ugly faces and kept sighing. She added a tip and didn't ask me what length I wanted she just went ahead and cut them super short. I told her I didn't want them that short and she continued to put the acrylic. She made them so thick that the acrylic was stuck to my fingers. I didn't understand why they were so angry towards me. Then later she asks me "oh you're the girl who called earlier and missed her appointment right?" I was so confused I was like no? I've never even been here. And she goes "hmm the girls in the front said that was you". I told her to pls remove some acrylic because it hurt because it was stuck to my skin and she tried but the drill was burning my skin so I told her to stop. A man just stood behind her and stared the whole time she did my nails and same when I got my pedicure done he just stood and stared. It made me super uncomfortable. My whole experience was just horrible. I went to have a self care day and leave feeling good about myself instead I left paying 40$ for nails that I absolutely hated and cried in the car. The worst nail salon I'll never go back and I don't recommend anyone to go. Here's what I asked for and what I got. And here's a picture of how the acrylic is stuck on skin on the bottom of my nails.
This place gets Zero stars they have old polish. Not sanitary at all and will try and do a Rush job.
I went to this nail salon off of McCart today with my mother and it was absolutely the worst experience ever ! To start off my mom asked for a pedicure and they wanting to up-charge her pedicure at whatever cost! I decided to go ahead and do my pedicure since I was already there and the nail polish chipped after being super careful not to put shoes on or anything! I paid $50 for this pedi including tip just for the polish to chip anyways ! Super cheap polish horrible customer experience never again! Do not recommend.
First time coming here. I was very dissatisfied with the service!! The lady in the first chair in left side was very rude! Got mad because I didn't like her design. She broke my natural nail by filing to thin. Then starts to speak her language as if I didn't know any better. Epic fail been here for 3 hours!!!
