This salon is cool--the owner--not so much! My first visit scheduled with the owner for hair color she was 30 " late. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had a 2nd appointment for 2:30 yesterday. Got there a couple of minutes early and let Tina know I was there--she was texting and said it would a few minutes. At 2:45 she seated another client in her chair and began curling the new lady's hair. I left! My time is just as important as hers--and if she does not respect the appointment time--or if she was running late, why not say that? I called later to complain and she said I was being difficult.
