Love the highlight and toner and service. Very easy to talk to and comfortable. I won't go anywhere else for my hair.
I've had a cut and style twice here now and each time, although different stylists, I got exactly what I asked for. It wasn't a struggle to get them to understand what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured in any way. It was a great experience. The place was clean, the service was fast and perfectly friendly. I walked in without an appointment. The styling chairs are more comfortable here than other places; this is something I appreciate as a big person.
I don't know what that last lady is talking about, I just went and there was NO waiting and the place was clean. I got highlights, haircut, and a basic manicure. I will definitely recommend these ladies to all of my friends. You don't have to deal with the snootiness that you would at places like Aveda, JKS, or Toni&Guy. Tressa is AWESOME and I can't wait to go back!!!
First impression on walking in .....this place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!! Ladies....clean this place up. Piles of hair on floor. Dirt and hair in corners behind (still visible) couch. I've been waiting 25 minutes for my appointment. I was told when I walked in at 12:25 for my 12:30 appointment..." oh she just stepped out to lunch and she will be back soon". I'm tired of waiting and being ignored. I just walked out. ITS NOW 1255!!! Not one stopped me. Take your money and your business elsewhere people. These girls are unprofessional and need a lesson on keeping house. You need to call TABITHA!!!! KLL NEVER BE BACK AND ILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE HERE.
