Poor service. I would definitely not recommend. Poor nail quality overall and workers who rushes through the process of getting your nails finish. Nail work don't last greater than 3-4 days. Don't waste your money here. Honestly they don't even deserve a 1 rating. More like a 0 rating.
definitely do not recommend I will be going back Monday to get my nails fixed by the owner ! My toes are completely uneven and I got French tip ! My nails are bulky and fat from straight ! owner was not there so I felt as if the lady who did my nails was just doing whatever!!! i also asked for a #3 pedicure and she gave me the #5 I didn't ask for that and she ended up burning my skin with the epsom salt ! I did not ask for that I just wanted the wax ! I am highly disappointed I paid $105 for complete trash they rushed and don't even try ok I asked her to fix it twice at this point and she couldn't get it right I expect a refund ok my service or my nails done the right way !!!
I visited this nail salon @ 11:50am Today. The technician/owner told me "they are really busy, can I come back". I said sure, what time? She told me 2:30pm. I arrived back to the Nail Salon around 1:54pm., and waited cause my appointment was @2:30pm to assure I get my spot, I'm a bit early. When 2:30pm rolled around she stated " I have to wait". I asked why my appointment was for 2:30pm. She said sorry I have other people. These people have no respect for peoples time. Almost 3hrs. and nothing, no SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Every chance I get I will spread the word about the poor and how inconsiderate this establishment has for people. Poor customer service. #VERYUNHAPPY!! #WenttoSTARNAILSnowait!!! Excellent job!!
I really enjoyed my time spent at the nail salon, Ms Amy does an awesome job and is very detail oriented. i will be going back. My daughter got her manicure and they left her nails soo beautiful.
I will only go here to get my eyebrows done and that's because Amy has always done a good job on them for years. Other than that I don't get anything else. There prices are the same at better salons that are nicer, cleaner, friendlier, plus perks like drinks and massages included. Why pay $35 for a deluxe pedi here when I can go and get the same service but better for maybe $10 more. Every time I've gotten a pedi here my toes have looked like my niece did them.
