I got a silk press and proplex treatment for $170. I felt like that was little pricey for no trim but I absolutely love the results.
My recent visit to the hair studio was a mixed experience. I walked in without an appointment, and although my hair was already washed, the blow dry and curling service cost over $125, which seemed a bit steep for the simplicity of the task. I have some concerns about potential heat damage as I didn't witness the use of a heat protectant, and the styling tools were set at high temperatures. If you have natural hair, I'd advise being cautious. On a positive note, the stylist was very pleasant, and I wouldn't mind seeing her again, but I'd take precautions to ensure the health of my hair.
Would leave negative stars if possible. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever witnessed. My best friend made an appointment for a silk press yesterday (Saturday) morning for today (Sunday) at 3:30 pm. She received a confirmation email (images attached) saying "We're looking forward to seeing you tomorrow Sunday, October 1st" and also said "your appointment has been accepted" it also detailed their cancellation policy which asked for at least 1 days notice. My friend arrived early and right when she walked in she was greeted with "we're done for the day" multiple times. My friend explained everything I've just said and the receptionist said "we won't charge you the cancellation fee." HUHHH??? Come again?!? Not even an offer to reschedule was given. That was the LEAST that could be done. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. By the looks of their services from posts online they do great work, but at what cost. would not recommend
Cancelled my sister's hair appointment while she was in the shop they claimed they didn't do hair appointments that late but their website let her book it online. They claimed they were done for the day but their doors were unlocked? Basically, don't book here because they'll cancel your appointment without rhyme or reason Good luck!
I booked an appointment yesterday for a Strut Out. I go to my appointment today & am immediately turned away. The receptionist said that they don't provide the service I booked my appointment for past 3:00pm. My appointment was at 3:30pm. There was not one ounce of accomodation or compromise. She just turned me away. If you don't do that service past 3pm then no one should be able to book an appointment. Very unhappy.
